Terms of Use

Clear terms for using the SUAL Studio website and starting work with us.

These terms explain how the website may be used, how project requests are handled and what basic rules apply before any formal proposal or agreement.

Project-specific terms, pricing, ownership, revisions and delivery details should be confirmed in a written proposal or agreement.

01

Using the website

You may browse the website, view services and submit a project request for legitimate business or personal project purposes.

Do not misuse forms, spam the website or attempt unauthorized access.
Do not copy, scrape or reproduce website content in a way that violates intellectual property rights.
Do not submit false, harmful or unlawful information.
02

Project requests and briefs

Submitting a form or message does not automatically create a contract. It starts a review and conversation.

We may ask clarifying questions before proposing a scope.
We may decline work that is unclear, abusive, unlawful or outside our capacity.
A project scope should define deliverables, timeline, responsibilities and payment terms.
03

Proposals, pricing and payment

Any pricing shown or discussed before a written proposal is indicative unless confirmed in writing.

Final pricing depends on scope, complexity, timeline and required assets.
Payment milestones may include an initial payment, delivery milestone and launch/support payment.
Late payments may delay delivery or support.
04

Revisions and scope changes

Revisions should be reasonable and connected to the agreed scope. Large changes may require a new quote or timeline.

Feedback should be clear, consolidated and submitted through agreed channels.
New pages, features, languages or workflows may be treated as additional scope.
Repeated direction changes can affect timing and cost.
05

Client responsibilities

To deliver good work, we may need timely input, content, approvals, access and accurate information from the client.

Provide content, logos, references or access when needed.
Review drafts and deliverables within agreed timeframes.
Confirm that shared materials can legally be used in the project.
06

Intellectual property

Ownership of final deliverables should be defined in the proposal or agreement. Until payment is completed, drafts and working materials may remain under SUAL Studio control.

Third-party fonts, tools, templates, plugins or stock assets may have their own licenses.
Unused concepts, drafts and internal methods are not automatically transferred.
Portfolio use may be allowed unless a written confidentiality restriction is agreed.
07

Third-party tools

Projects may rely on external platforms such as hosting, analytics, email, databases, automation tools, payment providers or APIs.

Third-party services have their own terms, pricing and availability.
We are not responsible for outages, policy changes or limitations caused by external providers.
Clients may need to maintain subscriptions or accounts after launch.
